This Privacy Policy explains how SkyShore ("we", "us", "our"), operating at skyshore.agency, collects, uses, and protects information when we provide AI-powered messaging and booking assistants to businesses over WhatsApp and other channels.

When you message a business that uses our service, we may process:

• Your WhatsApp phone number and WhatsApp profile name
• The content of messages you send and receive
• Booking details you provide (name, dates, service requested, email)
• Technical metadata needed to deliver and log the conversation

We use this information solely to respond to your messages via an AI assistant, schedule and manage your bookings, send confirmations and reminders, and operate the service for the business you contacted. We do not sell your personal information.

Messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy (https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy). We access your messages only to provide the service described above.

We share data only with the processors required to run the service: Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform, Retell AI (conversational AI), Airtable (records), n8n (automation), and Google Calendar (scheduling). Each processor is required to protect your data to the same standard described in this policy.

We retain conversation and booking records for as long as needed to provide the service, and for up to 24 months thereafter, unless a longer period is required by law. After this period, data is deleted or de-identified.

To request deletion, email batuhan@skyshore.agency with the phone number used. We will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Our service is intended for businesses and their adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
